Villa Casa Bela Mar is a stunning and serene property located in the highly sought-after resort of Reserva da Luz, on the western edge of Luz. Perfect for family holidays or a getaway with friends, this villa is designed to offer comfort, relaxation, and breathtaking views.
Accommodation
Access the villa via private electric gates, following the sloping driveway through lush gardens to the main entrance. Step inside to a spacious and elegant hallway that opens through double doors into a bright, open-plan lounge and dining area. From here, you’ll be captivated by the panoramic views of the ocean and the iconic “Black Rock” of Luz, visible through large sliding patio doors that lead to a full-length terrace.
The lounge is equipped with a fireplace, a large flatscreen TV featuring IPTV channels with a variety of sports, movies, and music, and cozy sofas and armchairs. A peaceful Caribbean-themed corner and a built-in bar add a touch of luxury. Adjacent to the lounge is the dining area, which flows seamlessly into the fully-equipped kitchen.
The modern kitchen boasts a breakfast bar and all essential appliances, including a microwave, electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, kettles, toaster, juicer, and a large American-style fridge freezer with an ice machine. Adjacent is a bright utility room with a washer, tumble dryer, and sink.
Bedrooms
- Master Suite (First Floor)
The luxurious master bedroom features a super king-size bed, a seating area, a walk-in dressing room, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a double sink, large bathtub, walk-in shower, and toilet. Patio doors open directly onto the terrace. A flatscreen TV is available for use with your own streaming device. - Ground Floor Bedrooms
Two generously sized bedrooms can be arranged as twin or double beds. Each has a walk-in dressing room and en-suite bathroom. One bathroom includes a bathtub with an overhead shower, while the other offers a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms have patio doors leading directly to the pool terrace.
There is an additional sofabed that can be made up for an additional guest (charge for linen)
Outside
The first-floor terrace is ideal for al fresco dining, featuring a large dining table, chairs under a covered area, and a Weber BBQ. A comfortable seating area offers the perfect spot to unwind with a drink while soaking in the views. Towards the terrace's far end, additional sun loungers invite you to relax under the sun. An exterior staircase connects the terrace to the pool and garden below.
Recreation & Amenities
Downstairs, a dedicated games room includes a table tennis table and various outdoor games, such as croquet and pool accessories.
The villa is equipped with underfloor heating for cooler months and air-conditioning in all bedrooms. Electric blackout blinds ensure restful sleep and additional security.

- We do require a damage deposit of £1000.00 on all bookings, 7 days prior to departure via a secure online page. This damage deposit is held against your card and is released back to your card on your return, subject to no damages. The damage deposit value will differ for weddings / celebrations.
